Sisu is a Finnish word meaning determination, strength of will and courage in the face of adversity (thanks wikipedia). At Sisu Fitness we aim to tap into the Sisu within everyone to help achieve the changes you are looking for.

Sisu Fitness operates from Brunswick in Victoria, offering personal and small group training in both studio and outdoor environments, as well as a training and coaching service for competitive and recreational cyclists.

why are we different?

Hmm, let us list the things we hate about gyms. Mirrors, machines, pop music, posers, aggression...the list goes on. We do it a little differently. The focus is on you and the person you want to be (and the body you want to be in). We train for functional fitness; strength, agility, stability and endurance to enhance the way you live, not just the way you look in a mirror.

Most importantly, we believe training should be fun and stimulating. We want to help you make a permanent positive change to your lifestyle.

We believe you get what you pay for, and you should pay for what you get. So we don't require membership, you don't have to set up a direct debit, just pay as you go.
